A Evacuated Ukrainian Female – The Diary written in Japanese Became A Book

According to News Web Easy, a seventeen years old Ukrainian came to Japan alone in order to evacuate from the Russian attack this April.

Zurata , who has been studying Japanese since 4 years ago, was writing her diary in Japanese since the attacked begun. This diary became a book. In the book the things like she took many days to have run away to a neighboring country, she was infected COVID before taking a place to Japan and she is so joyful to study Japanese in peaceful country Japan are written.

On 28th she went to a Ukrainian Embassy in Tokyo taking her book.

An ambassador said 「This is wonderful and I really want to introduce to many people about it.」

Surata said 「I have made this book because I really wanted to convey “Thank you” to those people who helped me in evacuating. I deeply hope that the war will end soon. 」

My thought

This is an amazing story. A wonderful thing happened out of the terrible thing. I just wish her all the best in Japan. And happy for her that she made the book. I also deeply desire that the war will end soon.
