Japanese Kanji – Peace

When you look at a Japanese kanji, first comes to your mind is probably how complected it looks . But do you know that it has meanings. Today I show you one of Japanese Kanji. PEACE




What do you think of the meaning of PEACE? Let’s look at each kanji and its meaning. 平(hei/taira) means flat, unbiased, quiet, gentle and calm. 和(wa)means relieve, calm down, soften, and mix. As you can see from these kanji, a flat calm quite situation which is peace.

I really hope the flat calm quite situation (peace) will come to us soon.
