Sunday J-POP (Japanese Pop) — 何もいらない (Don’t Need Anything) Nani mo Iranai By Ryusenkei (流線形) & Atsuko Hiyajo (比屋定篤子)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Sunday J-pop time again! An it is a sunny day wow!

Today’s song is called [Nani mo Iranai/Don’t need anything] which was released in 2009. I think the sound is smooth and relaxing. It’s Jazzy sound makes me feel like dancing a bit at the same time it makes me just lying down on my bed and relax. It is a perfect for chilling out on Sunday afternoon.

She sings that she does not need anything if there is sky. Under the circumstance, what it has been happening last few years, I do not need anything as long as I have a good health, food and music. (At least for now. )

The Japanese lyrics and my English translation

Drink up the time come
荒れ果てた 悲しみの – of which desolate sadness

Everything is upside down
初めから 繰り返し – repeats from the beginning

Chorus
閉じ込めたい 全てを鏡の中 – want to lock everything in a mirror
Spread beyond that
Don’t need anything if there is sky

Solo
