Sunday J-POP (Japanese Pop) – La La La Love Song By Toshinobu Kubota

Another Sunday J-pop time! How have you been doing? Hope everyone had a great week! It has been raining here UK. Today I will introduce a song called [La La La Love Song] by Toshinobu Kubota.

Toshinobu Kubota is a musian who first brought R & B to Japan in 1980’s. His unique singing style with sweet voice was sensational to the Japanese at that time. He dressed up like black people and his hair style was always funky. Now that he is in his late 50’s he is still active and maintain his style.

He was in his 20’s at this live. I think. This song was used as a theme song for a Japanese drama called [long vacation].
