Japanese Vowels A,. I, U, E, O あ、い、う、え、お。
Japanese vowels such as A, I,U,E,O is said to be a soul of languages/power of languages, and therefore is a soul of sounds. Japanese characters are combination of a vowel and a consonant. For example Ka is made up with the consonant of K and the vowel of A.
Japanese languages is a langues which requires vowels. Each vowel A, I, U, E, O has a meaning.
Let’s find out.
「あ/ア/A」 To open, new, bright, Because we need to open widely to pronounce A, it also has meanings of “fed up”, to struggle is we open too much.
「い/イ/I」 - To live, to breathe, life, to say, to celebrate
「う/ウ/U」- To accept, to keep, to born. Sometimes it is not a good idea to keep inside to a extend that you suffer. It has meaning of ”growl”, “look down”.
「え/エ/E」ー connection, fate, destiny. connection. connection,cove, separation.
「お/オ/O」- heavy, big, thought, to think, to express.
As these vowels were a beginning of Japanese language and spread later on. Looking at these evidences,we notice that there are many words which has same sounds. That is why foreign students get confused when they learn Japanese. However we as Japanese understand that naturally.
