The organization has selected it from 1898 art works gathered. The character looks like the shape of carrying the red mark which was decided two years ago. Because Osaka has many rivers the blue color is used. It expresses that the shape can be changed freely like water.

The organization is planing to get a name for the character from the public at the end of April.

キャラクターについてインターネットでは、「かわいくて好すき」とか「子こどもが泣なきそう」という意見いけんがありました。

協会きょうかいは、4月がつの終おわりごろから、キャラクターの名前なまえをみんなから集あつめる予定よていです。
